1. What is your MOQ?
MOQ is 3000pcs/item/color.Low MOQ 100pcs as trial order is welcomed.
Please kindly advise the quantity and other requirements, we will caculate cost accordingly.

2. Can I get samples?
Sure. We charge a little samples cost for privately labelling. Samples charge will be refundable when order quantity reaches certain amount.
Sending samples by Fedex, UPS, TNT or DHL. If you have carrier account, it will be fine to ship with your account which takes about 2-4 days to arrive you.
If delivery through Alibaba service, it's much cheaper but takes around 6-10 days.
3.How long is sample lead time?
For existing samples with privately labelling, it takes 3-5 days.
If you want your own design, it takes 4-10 days, depending designs.
4.How long is the production lead time?
It takes 30 days for quantity within 100Kpcs.
For those items available with low MOQ 500pcs, we can offer within 15 days.
5.What format of file do you need if we want our own design?
We have our own designer in house. So you can provide JPG, Al, CDR or PDF etc. ( Al will bethe best for complicated designs) We
will make drawing for mold or pattern design for your final confirmation.

We match colors with pantone color codes. So you can just tell us Pantone color codes youneed. We will match the colors. Or we will recommend some popular colors to you.
