2021-12-14 13:46:33 By : Ms. Alex Lee

During January, Broadford will host a series of free concerts featuring the best baroque and contemporary music, bringing joy to residents and visitors.

The concert is held every Sunday in January at 11:30 in a private estate. The garden is famous for hosting classical concerts. Guests sit in the shade of a large ash tree.

Top Australian performers such as the newly established "Clinch Saxophone Quartet" led by Niels Bijl, Andrew Angus of the oboe, and the newly established folk group "Tapsalteerie" will perform at the concert.

The concert schedule is as follows:

January 2: Win the saxophone quartet led by Niels Bijl.

January 16: Andrew Angus plays the Baroque oboe and Peter Hagen plays the harpsichord. Music played by Telemann and Couperin with long-established instruments.

January 23: Niels Bijl plays the saxophone, Peter Hagen plays the harpsichord-a new dimension; listen to the saxophone and play baroque music.

January 30: Tapsalteerie-Reimagine folk music with traditional and original music with fascinating tunes and arrangements.

The performer was invited by the organizer Peter Hagen, and he will play the harpsichord in some concerts.

Mr. Hagen said that the free coffee concert should not be missed.

"People will have a rare opportunity to listen to the wonderful music played by Victoria's best early music artists with traditional instruments. Attendance is a must," he said.

"Take your morning coffee with a thermos, blanket or picnic chair and picnic. Invite friends and family to celebrate with live music again."

Mr. Hagen said that after a challenging year of COVID restrictions, performers will enjoy sharing their craft.

The concert will take precautions when COVID is safe to ensure the safety and enjoyment of everyone.

The maximum number of people is 60, and it is expected to fill up soon.

Retirement donations will be encouraged to support musicians who have experienced difficult times during the lockdown.

Due to COVID rules and emergency updates, reservations are essential. For reservations, please visit www.trybooking.com/BVZUH.
