Molly Sims, 49, Has Mega-Toned Legs In A Swimsuit In New IG Photos

Summer is winding down, which is giving everyone major Sunday Scaries for, like, the entire month of August. But Molly Sims is trying to make the most out of the rest of the season, sharing pics of herself having fun on the beach in the Hamptons.

In some new Instagram photos, the 49-year-old model and actress can be seen working a gorgeous floral one-piece with a white button-up shirt layered over top. She accessorized the look with a Prada bag, straw hat, and miles of super toned legs.

“Raise your hand if you’re scared to go back to school 🙋🏼‍♀️ (also I got the bag… finally 🛍),” she wrote in the caption.

People gushed about Molly’s beachy look in the comments. “Ageless beauty❤️🙏🏻💋,” one wrote, while another person simple wrote, “Goddess 😍.” And Real Housewives reality star Caroline Stanbury weighed in on the Prada bag: "it’s a good one."

But Molly told The Newsette that she really likes to get her blood pumping when she wakes up. That means staring her workout at 6 a.m., at which time she’ll usually do a Tracy Anderson Method or Dance Body session in her home gym. “I get about 20 minutes to train by myself before one of my kiddos interrupts and tries to join me,” she shared.

But that’s not all Molly does. In fact, she kind of does everything when it comes to her workouts. “I do Pilates, I do hot yoga, all to strengthen the core and get lean and long,” she told Hollywood Life. “I love Megan Roup's Sculpt Society, I love hot pilates with Shannon Nadj. I think my body does better when I do different things.”

Molly even has her own fitness program called Molly Sims' 30-Day Fitness Program, which includes a meal plan by nutritionist Erik Young and daily exercise programs with trainers Luke Milton, Lacey Stone (creator of the Comeback Camps), and Katia Pryce (creator of DanceBody).

All of those dedicated sweat seshes have helped Molly get super strong. Seriously—Molly totally crush a plank challenge by Blogilates founder Cassey Ho back in January. And I'm sure she will be wow-ing us with more hardcore fitness content for years to come.

Naturally, Molly eats well. She told Women's Health that she’s into intermittent fasting and tries to load up her plate with protein and veggies. "I'm still eating egg whites for protein, but not as much meat," she added.
